Gemma Stone is a transgender writer who has been covering the rise of transphobic hate campaigning in the UK. She has written hundreds of articles dissecting aspects of transphobia including debunking blatant disinformation. She is very tired and trying her best, and hopefully having a positive impact on such a beautiful community.
An image of a suffragettes march in New York dated October 1915. There are hundreds if not thousands of people watching as about 20 women march with signs I can't read because the picture is old and small and I have bad eyes.

Women’s Aid decides some women are less equal than others

Women’s Aid, founded in 1996, are a sadly vital and much needed resource and refuge for women across the UK. Domestic and sexual violence are a scourge that primarily affects women with low income women in particular not having the resources or ability to escape as easily. So its extremely disheartening to see their recent statement deciding that women like me are just less deserving of sanctuary or escape.

BBC launder reputation for disgraced Graham Linehan

The BBC are a corrupt and institutionally transphobic organisation. We’ve known this for a while and I’ve covered multiple occasions demonstrating that exact fact. Including the not too distantly recent time they tried to use a cisgender sexual predator as evidence that trans women are “pressuring women into sex”. This event is no different as they attempt to turn Graham Linehan into a sympathetic character.
An image of a painting by Horace Fisher titled “Alas, poor Yorick!” of the scene from Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The scene shows three men in a graveyard. Two are well dressed and positioned above the rag cloth dressed man who looks up at them from inside an open grave. One of the well dressed men is holding a skull.

Former Anti-SJW YouTuber Gets Shoutout From JK Rowling

Sinead Watson, a detransitioned woman, has campaigned and been part of the anti-trans movement even before she detransitioned. This because she had always taken a position against other transgender people and feminists in general with her anti-SJW YouTube content. She even got a shout out by JKR’s previous favourite Scottish woman, Magdalen Berns.

Group photo of activists and campaigners for Stonewall mostly dressed in Stonewall red t-shirts which read phrases such as “Some people are gay, get over it” and so forth. There are also many, many signs and rainbows. Wholesome.

What is “Stonewall Law”?

Today it’s the largest LGBTQIA+ charity in Europe, so it’s no surprise it’s become the target of European queerphobia.

Scotland Announces GRA Reform Proposal

It removes the need to have anything signed off by a doctor, it opens it up to 16 year olds and the wait is cut down significantly from 2 years to 3 months. Though it is still an arbitrary wait nonetheless which could certainly be improved by simply not existing at all.

Transphobes Are Blaming Trans People For Vladimir Putin

I just don’t have the words for this one, which is not stellar since I am a writer. When it was just one or...
